In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bh99 website accessible at bh99.io and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the Platform.

• "Funds" means the BDT balance held in a Player's Account, including deposits and winnings.

Players who are found to be under 21 years of age at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their Accounts immediately closed, all Bets voided, and all Funds — including any winnings — forfeited.

bh99 employs a KYC verification process that requires players to submit valid government-issued identity documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include:

All financial transactions on the bh99 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following table summarises current transaction limits and processing times. These are subject to change; the most current version is always the one displayed in your Account settings.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. bh99 reserves the right to return deposits to source and suspend Accounts where third-party funding is suspected.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. KYC verification must be fully completed before the first withdrawal is approved. bh99 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

In cases where a withdrawal is requested from funds that have not been subject to at least one complete wagering cycle on a sports or casino market, bh99 reserves the right to apply a processing review of up to 72 hours before approval.

All bets placed on bh99 are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules, where applicable, are published in the relevant betting market and take precedence over these general rules in the event of a conflict.

• A Bet is confirmed only when the Platform has accepted it and issued a Bet ID. No Bet is valid until a Bet ID has been generated and displayed to the Player.
• bh99 reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts on any market at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, bh99 will use all available server logs to determine whether the Bet was validly accepted. The decision of bh99 in such cases is final.
• Bets placed on voided markets — due to abandonment, postponement, or other qualifying events — will be refunded at the original stake. No winnings will be paid on a void Bet.
• Live in-play odds are subject to suspension and change at any time. A Bet at stated odds is only confirmed when a Bet ID is issued; suspension of a market after a Bet is accepted does not affect the validity of that Bet.
• Obvious pricing errors (where odds are manifestly incorrect relative to the true probability of an outcome) will be voided at bh99's discretion, even after a Bet ID has been issued.

bh99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to individual terms published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus.
• All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bh99 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds, and — where relevant — referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registration of more than one Account, whether in your own name or using false identity information
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game or sports market
• Any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or corrupt betting
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, money laundering, or financing of any unlawful activity
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or anonymisation technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic or age-based restrictions
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account or Account credentials to any third party
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bh99 staff, agents, or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise compromise the technical infrastructure of the Platform

All content on the bh99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the property of bh99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform for any commercial purpose.

Game content, including the titles, mechanics, and audio-visual elements of games provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other providers, remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to bh99 for display on the Platform.

In all other cases, bh99's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by bh99 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.
